Shipping

 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Uppercrufts is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments.

Please remember we have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique & can only see the same tracking info as you can.

 

Returns
At Uppercrufts.com, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of new, unopened, or defective merchandise. Returns are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt. All items being returned must be in its original packaging with all price tags attached, unused and in sellable condition.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN
 
Please email us at info@uppercrufts.com with your Invoice Order # and the item(s) you wish to return.  We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for each return within 1-2 business days of request. A valid RMA number must be clearly labeled on your return package in order to assure proper and timely return processing. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.
 
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments and strongly encourage you to place insurance & tracking on any items you send back to us. 
Refunds, less shipping charges will be credited to your original form of payment, within 30 days of receipt of your return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met and we reserve the right to reject any return not postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
Items purchased on sale, seasonal items, and other special-order items are non-refundable and are final sale. 
If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you answer any product questions and find what's right for your pet.
We will happily replace a defective product or one that is damaged in shipment to you.  Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can promptly assist you.  In such a case and solely at our discretion, you may be responsible for the cost of the return shipment to us.
